This is a day by day reproduction of my mother in law's diary, started when she was 12 years old. She turned 13 right on the eve of World War Two and kept a daily diary for many years afterwards. I have enough of her diaries to run daily entries for at least ten years. I meant to start this project sooner but it has ended up being good timing as these will be published exactly 70 years after they were written.
That looks like it says home rather than "none"?
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure is say "none" as in there was no CH that day. Deciphering Bo's handwriting is occasionally challenging and, of course, after all these years she doesn't necessarily remember what she was referring to.
ReplyDeleteAhhh ok. Looking at it I can't even tell what made me think it was home anymore. Perception at the time i guess
